Even months after ending my 12 coaching sessions, I still use what I learned from Judith, which have helped me to stop focusing and dwelling on things that no longer serve me, or bring me joy. I'm most grateful for her help in easing me back to life, and adjusting my focus to things that matter, instead of dwelling on the past. It's been life-changing.
I had gone through a really terrible breakup a couple years before, and it just took the life out of me. I met Judith in Bali at the tail end of a 6-month, 17-country solo travel run, as my last ditch effort to get back to who I was before this relationship changed me so profoundly. We met for a ‘The Reiki Experience’ healing session, and then worked together subsequently via Zoom coaching when I returned home, to help in my transition back to "normal life" post-travels.
I was genuinely concerned about returning home, getting back to a normal schedule, and having the same feelings of despair that I was feeling before I left for my travels. In talking through that with Judith, I came to realize that even changing the smallest things about my typical day, such as driving a different route to work, or changing my grocery store, made a difference in falling back into that life. I ended up changing brokers to a different company that pays me a much higher commission split, due to these small changes. In my months of working with her, I added small habits to my daily routine, such as morning affirmations, which ultimately broke me of any hurt and betrayal I felt, and allowed me to resume a life of my own, without the burden of being so terrified of negative emotions.
I worked with Judith for a specific purpose. That purpose was absolutely fulfilled. She had a way of making me look at reality in a different way. This ultimately healed me from my past hurt, and helped me to move forward in life.
I am genuinely so grateful that I met her, it was divine intervention, exactly what I needed at the time. I knew I needed something more and different, and I could tell by our first meeting that she would be the best coach to help me work through that difficult time in my life. There is no one that I would recommend more. Coaching moves mountains when you let it.

I have been going through a process for some time. With Judith's support, it has brought me developmental steps that I didn't think were possible at first.

Judith always had an open ear. Her questioning showed me other perspectives that helped me to strengthen myself mentally and to focus on the important things.

Throughout our time together, my development continued, and I was increasingly well positioned. I still follow her advice today, and it helps me to react to difficult situations in a focused and calm manner. If there are minor relapses, Judith is immediately there for me, and I thank her from the bottom of my heart.

I owe my positive development to her, which is also felt by those around me. I couldn’t have done it without her. Now I feel liberated and grounded and I see myself, my family and my surroundings more consciously than before. I recommend Judith unconditionally. I know when I work with Judith, she can always help with the hard work, but there’s also always room for laughter in between!

I came to know Judith thanks to a friend of mine. After a brief introductory call I understood that she had the right - empathetic and thoughtful - approach to help me with the problems I was facing in my life.

I am happy I received many tools – although I had to get used to the ‘worry chair’ and the gratefulness practice in the evenings, which felt odd in the beginning.

She supported me in facing my struggles and to get off my ass (sorry for my choice of words). In many situations, I recall what I learned from her and what we worked upon together. I really enjoyed the sessions, although or maybe because she always motivated me to face my pain and overcome it.

It’s very difficult for me to open up to people, but I felt Judith was the right one from the beginning. Whenever I have a bad day, she always has an open ear and the right words to help me out of my crisis.

In our coaching sessions, she helped me to open up and to re-establish contact with my emotions. Now I have the tools to deal with many situations in my life.

Judith also gave me a Reiki session. I had never done Reiki before, and I was skeptical at first. But when she put her hands over my body, I could feel a tangible difference. I felt an electric pulse not where she put her hands, but in my legs (a completely different part of my body). My breathing became different. I could feel warmth and energy moving throughout my entire body. After the session, I felt energized, clear, and focused.

I first booked a Reiki Experience with her. The session was really fascinating, I could completely let go and indulge in the session. Afterward, I had a completely different level of energy and felt “free” from the inside. In the follow-up discussion, a lot of things that she explained to me started to make sense, and it got me thinking. The information that I received was conclusive and very helpful to me.

Judith is a truly lovely person. She was very calm, and I felt very comfortable with her.

After that session I joined Judith’s coaching and we worked together for 3 months.
Judith gave me a whole lot of tips and showed me how to look at situations from different angles.

She didn’t just superficially remove the problem, but really got to the “root” of it. It wasn’t always an easy process, and it took some energy and work, but it was totally worth it and wouldn’t it be such a shame if things were that simple right ;).

Since then, I’ve become more capable of self-love, I approach difficult situations differently, and I’ve learned to accept people the way they are – above all myself.

Judith was always there for me. She always made me feel that I was safe and that I could tell her everything.

She was able to give me tasks and daily routines that were individually tailored to me because she understood who I am very well.

Unfortunately, at this point in my life,I was unable to fully understand my situation, so that there was no strong will to implement all of it consistently. Judith was, in a way, ahead of me. In the meantime I am at that point and her advice accompanies and guides me.

She has become like my inner voice, for which I am grateful and happy.

After two very frustrating and unsuccessful ICSI attempts (infertility treatment), Judith supported with competence and empathy as my Coach and Reiki Master during the third attempt.

The Reiki sessions helped me be positive and energetic through this physically and emotionally very stressful and sensitive time. Each session was individually tailored to the needs of my body and energy field. The energy flowed through my body, it became warm, and I noticed how every single cell of my body was charged with new positive energy. Afterwards, depending on what my body needed at that moment, I was relaxed and balanced, other times energetic and powerful and full of positive radiance.

I am sure that the Reiki sessions contributed to the positive outcome and my happy pregnancy. I am infinitely grateful to Judith and appreciate her very much as a Reiki Master and Coach.

Even now during my pregnancy, Judith accompanies me regularly with Reiki sessions, which help me to enjoy my beautiful and relaxed pregnancy. I can wholeheartedly recommend Judith to any woman or couple who is in the same situation and would like to try some extra support along the conventional ICSI.

I came to Judith through a recommendation and worked with her for several months in a combination of Psychological Coaching and The Reiki Experience sessions.
