Hello, I'm Judith.

ABOUT ME

Who I am and where I come from

My name is Judith. I’m originally from Berlin, Germany, and my life has taken me across different countries and cultures. I lived abroad for many years, including time in Spain and five years in Bali, Indonesia. I’m now based in Portugal, where I continue to build both my work and my life.

Living internationally meant repeatedly starting over, building community from scratch, and finding stability in unfamiliar environments. These experiences shaped how I relate to uncertainty, responsibility, and change.

I learned that change is rarely linear. It often brings inner tension, when what once worked no longer fits and what comes next isn’t yet clear.

This lived experience allows me to support people navigating transition with steadiness and perspective.

Sensitivity, ambition, and responsibility

I’m highly sensitive (HSP), and many of my clients are as well. For me, sensitivity means depth, awareness, and a strong inner response to the world. It allows me to notice nuances, underlying dynamics, and subtle shifts that aren’t always easy to articulate, and to work with them in a grounded and precise way.

At the same time, I’ve always been ambitious and driven. I know responsibility, performance, and the pressure of holding things together, internally and externally. For a long time, these aspects existed side by side without truly integrating.

I recognize this tension in many of my clients. They manage life well on the outside while privately carrying inner pressure or a growing sense of disconnection.

My work supports bringing sensitivity and ambition into a more sustainable balance.

Inner challenges that shaped my work

Alongside external changes, my inner path wasn’t without difficulty. I experienced significant losses and lived for a long time with self-imposed pressure and high expectations.

Even while functioning well outwardly, there were periods of emotional exhaustion, depression, and disconnection from myself. These experiences gave me a direct understanding of emotional pain, limiting inner patterns, and the inner cost of constantly holding everything together.

They were not easy chapters, but they shaped how I work today and how seriously I take the inner process of change.

My first career: structure, performance, and pressure

Before dedicating myself fully to this work, I spent 15 years in international project and event management. I led large-scale public events and high-profile political and academic gatherings, carrying responsibility for complex processes, teams, budgets, and outcomes.

This work demanded structure, precision, and the ability to function under pressure. It also showed me how easily self-connection can be sidelined when performance becomes the priority.

I know what it means to be reliable, to deliver, to carry responsibility and how quietly inner clarity can fade along the way.

Leaving this path was a conscious and life-changing decision. It meant stepping into uncertainty, questioning my identity, and rebuilding my work from the inside out.

What began as a performance-driven career evolved into work guided by clarity, depth, and meaning.

My second career: psychology, embodiment, and inner work

I’ve always been interested in how people think, feel, and act. Over time, this interest became my profession.

Today, my work integrates psychological coaching and counseling, somatic work, mindfulness, and energy healing (Reiki). It’s not about methods. It’s about supporting the whole person holistically, in a way that’s clear, grounded, and practical.

Living in Bali played an important role in shaping this approach. There, I studied and experienced Eastern healing methods firsthand. This learning was lived and embodied, not theoretical, and continues to inform my work today.

My work bridges Western psychology,  with its clarity, structure, and understanding of regulation, and Eastern approaches that cultivate awareness, presence, and embodied experience.

What makes my work different

I come from a structured, performance-driven professional background with years of international responsibility and real-world pressure. I know what it means to function at a high level, even when it comes at a personal cost.

At the same time, I have a strong foundation in psychology and embodied inner work, with extensive training in psychological counseling and somatic approaches.

I’ve worked with over 500 one-to-one clients from more than 40 countries and cultural contexts, including leaders, entrepreneurs, creatives, and highly responsible professionals, as well as individuals navigating personal transitions or or inner re-orientation. This has given me a nuanced understanding of how context, conditioning, and early experiences shape inner patterns and life choices.

I work on multiple levels at once, with thoughts, emotions, nervous system responses, and deeper inner dynamics. My work is informed by lived experience and professional training. It’s grounded, honest, and oriented toward real integration into everyday life.

I don’t work with spiritual bypassing, exaggerated promises, or fixed formulas. I meet my clients with what is actually present, respecting individual pace and autonomy.
