In this intimate and interactive workshop, you’ll explore how genuine connection with others can guide you back to the connection with yourself.

Through Authentic Relating practices, you’ll discover where you hold back, where you adapt – and how it feels to meet others and yourself with honesty and presence.

Authentic Relating isn’t just about communication – it’s about gently peeling back the protective layers we’ve built around our hearts. It’s about showing up as your true self, and learning to listen, express, and connect with others in ways that feel aligned, empowering, and real.

When we dare to be authentic in connection, we meet not only each other – but ourselves.

This workshop offers a safe and nourishing space to explore who you are beneath patterns of pleasing, performing, or hiding.

What to Expect

A small, cozy group setting that fosters openness and safety
Guided practices that help you drop out of your head and into your body
A variety of exercises: some will be done individually, others in pairs or small groups — including sharing, deep listening, and presence-based connection
Moments of deep self-discovery, where you begin to notice where you hold back, adapt, or long to be truly seen
