When you conduct a transaction on the judithrosinski.com website (such as signing up to our mailing list or booking a session), as part of the process, it is necessary for us to collect some personal information such as your name, email address, payment information, IP address, and student login details. We absolutely value your privacy, so we promise you, your personal information is stored securely and is never shared with third parties.

HOW DO WE COLLECT YOUR DATA

We only collect your information for the following purposes:
To provide and operate our website and online services for you;
To process your enrollments and payments, and to provide you with technical support and access to our online courses;
To contact you with relevant information and promotional offers;
To create aggregated statistical data and other aggregated and/or inferred non-personal information, which we may use to provide and improve our respective services;

INTAKE AND CONSENT FORMS

Data is also collected and stored when you fill in the intake and consent forms required for a booking a Discovery Call for a Psychological Coaching. This may include personal data, such as name, date of birth, country of residence, email address, contact number, medical history, basic state of health and well-being.

COLLECTION OF ACCESS DATA AND LOG FILES

We, or our hosting provider, wordpress.com, collects on the basis of our legitimate interests every access to the server on which this service is located (so-called server log files). The access data includes name of the retrieved web page, file, date and time of retrieval, amount of data transferred, message about successful retrieval, browser type and version, the user’s operating system, referrer URL (the previously visited page), IP address and the requesting provider.

Log file information is stored for security purposes (for example, to investigate abusive or fraudulent activities) for a maximum of 190 days and then deleted. Data whose further retention is required for evidential purposes shall be exempted from the cancellation until final clarification of the incident.

Our company is hosted on the wordpress.com platform. WordPress.com provides us with an online platform that allows us to sell our services to you. Your data may be stored through WordPress.com’s data storage, databases, and the general WordPress.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.

All direct payment gateways offered by PayPal.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

We must point out that in regard to unsecured data transmission in the internet (e.g. via email), security cannot be guaranteed. Such data could possibly be accessed by third parties. Sending such information is entirely at your own risk. We understand how important it is to securely store any Data that you provide. We take the privacy and security of your personal details very seriously.
